Having a constantly depleted mental energy quickly leads to burn out and mental exhaustion -- this feeling of 'I feel rested in my body, however my soul and brain tell me that their have the energy for nothing'.


Boosting your mental energy can help you improve your productivity, focus, and overall well-being, and I have found that most often, the clients who come seeking my advice are overlooking this crucial aspect of their inner balance.


In this blog post, we will discuss some effective strategies for boosting mental energy and avoiding mental exhaustion and burnout. But first, let's examine together what signs you need to look for when asking yourself whether you are mentally exhausted.

But the symptoms are not always in your mind: physical symptoms such as headaches or body aches can also appear, and overall a lack of motivation or interest in activities that used to bring you joy could gradually make your life dull.


Additionally, you may feel like you're in a mental fog most of the time, you struggle to remember things, and you experience a decrease in productivity and performance.
